I'm not sure what you are asking. Do you want to send an SSO link to the config management admins and only allow them into NCM? If so, do you have an AD group in place that defines these admins? If that is the case this is easy to do. Just lock out all of the other tabs (non NCM tabs) for those users and assign them the proper access level in NCM settings. You can also use a link with an embedded credentials but this is not a good security practice.
